“After a loooot of research and careful consideration, I finally decided to go for Kayihan for my transplantation. I was a bit hesitant at first because it is hard to find reviews of him online (but the things I could find were positive).
This motivated me to at least write a review here and help others who are in doubt. What mainly convinced me to go for Kayihan, is that firstly Kayihan is a member of the ISHRS which showed me he takes his profession seriously, and secondly that I was able to have a video consult with him online. Here it became clear that he knows very well what he is doing, and doesn’t promise you things which are either unrealistic or unwise.
When I arrived in the beautiful city of Istanbul and the day had finally come, it was time to see if I had made the right choice. And it was for sure! Kayihan and his staff are very friendly and skilled. During the final consult he takes your wishes into consideration and gives his advice on what he would do in your case. The procedure itself was long, but as pleasant as it can be. It’s clear you are in good hands Kayihan constantly checks whether everything is all-right or whether you need something.
After the procedure he gives you very clear instructions regarding the period after the transplant, as well as a package with useful attributes. I’m writing this review the day after my transplant, I feel great and everything looks great. Obviously it’s way too early to say anything about the final result.”
Bottom line: I would without a single doubt reccomend Kayihan to anyone who is considering a transplant! I know this review might sound so positive that you might think I got paid for it, but I definitely didn’t. I just know from personal experience how hard it is to find the right clinic, and I just hope this helps whoever is in a similar situation as I was!
